Group Exercise Pass Card
Cost of Card is $60.00 The card is Transferable. Therefore more than 1 person can use the card. The card is Non Refundable – Under no circumstances are refunds offered for the card Card is Valid for 3 Months Card MUST be shown BEFORE entering the Exercise Class Card shall be initialed and dated by Fitness Center Staff for each person and class. E.g. If one person is using their card for her and her 2 friends, then 3 blocks shall be used on the card. We regret that replacements shall NOT be issued for any reason.

REFUND POLICY

Fitness Center Member: The participant supplies a signed medical document stating they cannot exercise / Refunds are not given because the participant did not use the gym or attend classes / Refunds are not given because someone is leaving the country before the membership expires.

PRE-PAID COURSES: A pre-paid course was cancelled by CSA / The participant supplies a signed medical document stating they cannot exercise / Refunds are not given because the participant did not attend classes.
